    Bob loves to experiment and utilize new ideas. This piece, along with its partner, 'Beyond the Silence,' was made using a monoprinting process.

    Beginning with heavy art paper and background color, Bob layered textured items, added color on a second sheet, then ran both through a press.

    The results are always one-of-a-kind, and Bob's eye for color brought this one beautifully together.

Bob Hogue is a self-taught abstract artist whose work evolves through experimentation and intuition. Using a range of tools and techniques, he explores process, texture, and imagination to shape each painting’s direction.
